Online Sessions:

• All online sessions require advance booking.

• Online sessions cannot be refunded, but they may be rescheduled based on availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee a new session time.

• Sessions missed or canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be considered forfeited.

In-Studio Sessions (Nashville):

• All in-studio sessions require advance studio booking, and studio fees are incurred regardless of attendance.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling may be possible depending on studio availability but does not guarantee a refund.

• Late arrivals will still conclude at the originally scheduled session time.

Travel Coaching Sessions:

• Travel coaching sessions are part of a limited schedule during designated travel dates and locations. Because travel arrangements and scheduling are secured in advance, the following policy applies.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• Due to the nature of travel scheduling, rescheduling is not guaranteed and is only possible if another time becomes available during the same travel event.

• Clients may transfer their session to another contestant if they are unable to attend, provided the transfer is communicated prior to the scheduled session.

• Late arrivals will still conclude at the originally scheduled session time.​

Writing & Composition Services: (Personal Introduction, Spokesmodel, Paperwork & Platform Development)

• Writing and composition services involve custom content development and dedicated preparation time.

• Due to the nature of these services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Clients will receive one round of revisions to ensure the final material aligns with their voice and competition goals. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

• Project timelines will be discussed at the time of booking. Delays in providing necessary information or materials may affect completion timelines.
