All social media packages are billed monthly and must be paid in full before services begin.
Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in planning, editing, and strategy, payments for social media packages are non-refundable once services have begun.

Client-Provided Content
Clients are responsible for providing photos, video, and other materials needed for content editing unless otherwise agreed upon. Filming services are not included in social media packages.

Package Scope
Each social media package includes the number of edited content pieces listed within the package description. Requests for additional content, editing, or services outside of the selected package may be quoted separately.

Revisions
Each piece of content includes one round of revisions.
Additional revision requests beyond the included revision may incur additional fees.
